Minimum Wage In Florida 2025 Increase. On january 1, 2025, florida’s minimum wage increased from $13.00 to $14.00, and from $9.98 to $10.98 for tipped employees, which is more than the federal minimum wage of $7.25. It will increase to $13 per hour starting on september 30, 2024.

As of september 30th, 2025, florida’s minimum wage will increase to $14.00 per hour, with the minimum wage for tipped employees rising to $10.98 per hour. Additionally, the minimum wage for tipped employees will also increase by $1, reaching $10.98 per hour.
